Licensed agents assigned to an application will have access to the applicant and insured information necessary to complete and submit that application.

Funeral homes partnered with Aegisant will have access to application information for preneed policies associated with their facility, including application status, selected packages, and finalized documents.

Legal and Regulatory Disclosure

GLBA Notice: Under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, you have the right to opt out of certain sharing of your nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated third parties. Aegisant does not share customer nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes. All sharing described above is limited to what is necessary to process and service your insurance transaction or as required by law, categories for which the opt-out right does not apply.

5. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Aegisant does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, ever. This applies to all categories of personal information we collect, including information about preneed applicants, insurance agents, and funeral home representatives.
